"The patent was deposited in 2012 and, over the years, our machine improved thanks to our development department and feedback from our clients. The machine is currently a top choice with mango processers, as PND has come up with a good compromise between technology and reliability." 

PND celebrated its 20th anniversary last year and, over time, it managed to gain the trust of clients and technicians who identify the machines as ideal allies for their productions.

Mangoes: excellent results also with very ripe fruits

Mango peeler mod. PL6M was modified a couple of years ago by replacing a few tools to obtain a kiwifruit peeler, so as to meet demand for versatility."  

The machine features six peeling stations processing no fewer than 40 fruits per minute. What is more, the peeler has no problem peeling either ripe or underripe fruits.

"When it comes to the fresh-cut segment, it is mainly sold in central Europe in countries such as Great Britain, Germany and Spain as well as to the US. As for dried and freeze-dried produce, it is mainly sold to South America and Central Africa. Finally, for the frozen product, it is mainly sold to South America and Asia."

"Our peeler mod. PL6M has been on the market for the past decade and 120 machines have already been sold worldwide. It is very easy to use, maintain and clean and boasts an excellent quality/price ratio. We could not travel and reach the various continents during lockdown, but luckily using the machine is intuitive, so it was possible to install it remotely thanks to supporting videos made by our staff."
