Good evening, Fellow Venthooligans! Hows alls y’alls this fine last day of August? It hit 92 today, headed down to 91 tomorrow the high 80’s! Well, inspired by Flowergirl’s showing off her yummy stuffed peppers last night I made a batch. Not bad! I made mine like I do regular stuffed peppers — in a dutch oven, my only LeCruesette, with diced tomatoes and garlic and onion. I used a quart of fresh cherry tomatoes I blistered first as well. Mine were kinda soupy, but totally delicious! Think this calls for recipe sharing. Recipes show up on my YouTube side bar along with favorite tunes.
